• Depending on the level of dirt, stains, or overall condition of the vehicle’s interior, pricing may be adjusted. Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before the service begins.

 

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service.

• We accept cash and bank transfer only.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is made at the time of service. Non-payment may result in service refusal or further action to recover the outstanding amount.

 

Booking Terms

• Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.

• Interior Intelligence is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property.

• Services are performed at the customer’s own risk. Upholstery/furniture/vehicles must be able to withstand standard cleaning processes. Any damage claims will be limited to the cost of the service provided.

• We may alter or reschedule a booking due to staffing levels, weather, or equipment availability.

 

Satisfaction Policy

• If there is clear evidence that a service was not completed as agreed or was performed with unsatisfactory workmanship, we will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

• Claims must be made within 24 hours of the service by phone, email, or text message.

• Supporting photos must be provided within 24 hours of filing the claim.

 

Appointment Window

• Due to traffic and other factors, technicians may arrive later than the scheduled time.

• Please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window.

• We will do our best to communicate any delays.
